About the Role.
WMS (www.wmsspl.com) is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist based in Egypt, responsible for building a high-quality, sales-ready pipeline for the UAE market across SAP and enterprise solutions.
This is a core revenue role, not a marketing or data-entry function. You will own the front end of the sales funnel identifying, engaging, qualifying, and nurturing decision-makers within mid-to-large enterprises, and converting interest into qualified opportunities for the UAE sales team.
The role plays a direct part in WMS’s growth across the UAE and GCC, with success measured by the quality, relevance, and conversion of opportunities, not by activity volume alone.
The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of B2B / enterprise IT sales cycles, is confident engaging CXOs and senior stakeholders, and brings prior experience in SAP, ERP, or IT consulting environments.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Creation & Opportunity Generation
- Consistently generate qualified, high-intent leads that convert into real sales opportunities for the UAE sales team
- Focus on quality, relevance, and conversion, not bulk or unqualified leads
Targeted Prospecting & Outreach
- Identify and engage decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, CFOs, HR Heads, Operations Leaders)
- Execute structured outreach via:
- Cold calling
- LinkedIn (Sales Navigator)
- Targeted email campaigns
- Achieve strong response and engagement rates in the UAE market
Lead Qualification & Scoring
- Qualify leads using clear criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Ensure only sales-ready and relevant opportunities are passed to the sales team
- Conduct initial discovery conversations where required
Market Mapping & Account Research
- Build and maintain a well-mapped database of:
- Target accounts
- Industries
- Key stakeholders
- Maintain strong understanding of UAE-specific buying behaviour, industries, and decision structures
CRM & Data Discipline
- Ensure 100% accuracy of leads, touchpoints, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM
- Maintain clean data, proper tagging, and clear handover notes for sales teams
Campaign & Sales Support
- Support email campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, and events
- Build targeted invite lists and convert interest into meetings and demos Meeting, Demo & Discovery Scheduling
- Secure a consistent flow of qualified meetings, demos, and discovery calls
- Coordinate schedules between prospects and UAE-based sales teams
Lead Nurturing & Follow-Ups
- Maintain regular, structured follow-ups with warm and cold leads
- Move prospects through the funnel while keeping WMS top-of-mind
Research, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Track industry trends, target sectors, and competitor activity in the UAE SAP / ERP market
- Identify new verticals, accounts, and outreach approaches
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Deliver weekly reports covering:
- Leads generated
- Meetings booked
- Conversion rates
- Pipeline contribution (value & quality)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years of lead generation experience in SAP / ERP/ B2B IT / SaaS / Consulting environments
- Prior experience supporting UAE or GCC markets (highly preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Cold calling
- Email outreach tools
- CRM platforms
- Comfortable working across time zones (Egypt ↔ UAE)
